Is the company certified?
Yes, ÉPRONTO is an extention of Cateritaly Ltd which is SALSA approved and has obtained POAO certification from Glasgow City Council.
Written by experienced food safety experts, SALSA is a robust and effective food safety certification scheme. Approved suppliers demonstrate that they operate to recognised and accepted industry standards and that they exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.
SALSA approval is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
What if I have a problem with the product?
If you have a problem or concern, please contact us immediately. Do not throw out the product and carefully record the Lot Number and Best before End date on the cap. Please note any concern you might have and report it to us as soon as possible.
How many servings are in each jar?
Each jar makes 2 to 3 servings, depending on how much pasta you are using.
Our small size jar is 250 grams, which generally suits about 350g of pasta.
Our Family size jar contains 500g of product, which is ideal for 500g of pasta and about 4 servings.
What's the Shelf Life and Storage?
Our Ragu Range Products have a shelf life of 2 years. On the top of the cap, you will find the LOT number and the month/year of expiration.
While closed and sealed, EPRONTO Ragu should be stored in the cupboard at ambient temperature.

Once opened, EPRONTO Ragu MUST be stored in a refrigerated area and consumed within 5 days.
