In Italy, Venison Ragu is called "Ragu di Cervo" and it's considered a delicacy as the preparation of the meat takes multiple days.
Tomatoes 46.0%, Venison mince 26.5%, Carrots 5.8%, Red onions 5.8%, Celery 5.8%, Red wine 8.64% (Sulphur Dioxide), Extra virgin olive oil 1.2%, Salt 0.3%, Pepper, Thyme, Marjoram, Cloves, Juniper Berries, Acidity Regulator (E330).

This product currently has a 2 year shelf life. You can keep it in your cupboard until you open it, then store in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days (between 0-4 degrees Celsius)
