Venison Ragu

Made with carefully prepared and cured Scottish Venison mince, this ragu has a decisive, almost strong, taste.

Full of flavour and character, this ragu is perfect with pappardelle or tagliatelle pasta.

In Italy, Venison Ragu is called "Ragu di Cervo" and it's considered a delicacy as the preparation of the meat takes multiple days.


Tomatoes 46.0%, Venison mince 26.5%, Carrots 5.8%, Red onions 5.8%, Celery 5.8%, Red wine 8.64% (Sulphur Dioxide), Extra virgin olive oil 1.2%, Salt 0.3%, Pepper, Thyme, Marjoram, Cloves, Juniper Berries, Acidity Regulator (E330).

This product currently has a 2 year shelf life. You can keep it in your cupboard until you open it, then store in the fridge for a maximum of 5 days (between 0-4 degrees Celsius)

New Delicious Sauce

I had this new sauce for me, I never had it before and It was so tasty. I would recommend to all my friends.

Very tasty sauce

I tried tonight the epronto venison ragù.
It was delicious, a reach flavour that reminded of my gran cooking back in Italy.
I had not tagliatelle or the recommended pasta so used the penne pasta. The ragù blended very well! So tasty! I recommend 100% can’t wait for when I’ll be able to invite friends over for dinner and cook it for them. Easy and tasty
