The easiest Spaghetti Bolognese recipe
This recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, ideal for adults and children.
Prepare a traditional italian dish for the whole family to enjoy, spaghetti al ragu or spaghetti bolognese!

Cooking time: between 9 and 11 minutes, depending on how 'al dente' you want your pasta.

Created to make your dinner time easier, faster and healthier, EPRONTO ragu is made with genuine ingredients, according to our Italian family traditions.
250g spaghetti pasta
1 Bolognese Ragu Jar
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmiggiano reggiano or Grana Padano to taste.
Boil about 1.5 to 2 liters of water and add salt (10g per litre of water) or about 1 generous tablespoon per litre.
When the water boils, add the pasta and stir occasionally to avoid it sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Cook according to pasta instructions, our tip is to keep the pasta 'al dente' to avoid overcooking when we add the ragu.
Drain your pasta and keep it in the colander while you open EPRONTO Ragu and pour the content back in the same pot (now empty) that you have used to cook your pasta.
Place it back on the stove at medium high heat for 1 minute to reheat, stirring occasionally.
Add to the pot the cooked pasta, and a bit of olive oil, stir all together with the ragu until coated. This might take a minute.
Plate and sprinkle with Parmiggiano reggiano on top.
Serve and enjoy!
