Super Easy Spaghetti Bolognese recipe

with Beef & pork Ragu

Learn how to make homemade pasta! 

Prep Time:  2 minutes

Cooking time: between 3 and 7 minutes, depending on how thick you want your pasta.

Serving size: 4 portions 




​250g spaghetti pasta

1 Bolognese Ragu Jar

drop of Extra virgin olive oil

salt (coarse)

Parmiggiano reggiano or Grana Padano to taste.



Boil about 1.5 to 2 liters of water and add salt (10g per litre of water) or about 1 generous tablespoon per litre.

Once the water boils, add the pasta and stir occasionally to avoid it sticking to the bottom of the pan. 

Cook according to pasta instructions. 

Drain your pasta and keep it in the colander while you open EPRONTO Ragu and pour the content back in the same pot you have cooked your past in. 

Place it back on the stove at medium high for 1 minute.
