Made with carefully prepared and cured Scottish Venison mince, this ragu has a decisive, almost strong, taste. 

Full of flavour and character, this ragu is perfect with pappardelle or tagliatelle pasta.

In Italy, Venison Ragu is called "Ragu di Cervo" and it's considered a delicacy as the preparation of the meat takes multiple days.

Each Jar contains 250 grams of product and suitable for 1 to 2 portions.

Venison Ragu:Tomatoes, Venison mince 26.5%, Carrots, Red onions, Celery, Red wine (Sulphur Dioxide), Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Marjoram, Cloves, Juniper Berries, Acidity Regulator (E330).

  • Store in a cold and dry place until opening, then refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. 

    Make sure the cap is decompressed when opening the product, the cap should "pop" at opening.

    Home freezing is possible but not recommended.
