Seitan Ragu has been created in cooperation with Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. We have developed this recipe using traditional ingredients used in the Venetian cuisine and seitan, which is a gluten-based protein.
We achieved a yummy meaty consistency and a burst of flavours with this product that even non-vegans can enjoy.
This product is NOT GLUTEN FREE.
!!! This is a NEW PRODUCT and therefore has a shorter shelf-life (3 months), so please be aware of this. This product will be launched to stores in January and available on our website only until then.
Perfect with any type of pasta or rice, it still is completely Dairy Free.

Store in a cold and dry place until opening, then refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
Make sure the cap is decompressed when opening the product, the cap should "pop" at opening.
Home freezing is possible but not recommended.
