Store in a cold and dry place until opening, refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days. 

Make sure the cap is decompressed when opening the product, the cap should "pop" at opening.

Home freezing is possible but not recommended. 

Generally 2 business days. Order before noon and you will likely receive your order the next day.

Open the jar (remove the lid) 

Heat up:

- Stove top

Medium heat is recommended, gently stir for about 2 minutes 

- Microwave 

Remove the cap and heat up for 2 minuts at high power.
